Abstract
In the design of work stations, the role and the basic functions of the system components, namely human work involved, machinery / equipment and the physical working environment. The facilities and equipment used in the works is supposed to make operators feel safe and comfortable. Operator jobs at the work station creeper cause symptoms Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in the body of the operator. It Is marked with the number of complaints of pain that is felt operator in the body and can lead to the production process be inhibited. So to solve the problem of this research to identify the symptoms of MSDs using the assessment Ergonomic Survey (EASY). This method is based on the operator's body posture while working, instead of the load, duration, frequency of posture of the operator while working. The results of this study were (1) based on the scores EASY largest value in the back with a score of 7, (2) Posture operator who bent when folded rubber is a top priority at risk of muscle fatigue more quickly and can have an impact on disease musculoskeletal, (3) After doing repairs on critical work station EASY score became 4.
