Abstract
In line with the development of information technology, increasingly also the ability of computers to help solve problems in various fields, including computer-based decision support system (Computer Based Decision Support System). This system can be a solution to determine the best elementary school. In this research proposal the authors suggest the staff of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports (Disdikpora) of Palembang related to elementary education would be the best SDN assessor Palembang. Assessment of the SDN Palembang good to have a lot of criteria/attribute so the decision support method suitable/appropriate according to the author is a group method of MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making) such as AHP, TOPSIS, Vikor, PROMETHEE, ELECTRE and the like. The purpose of this study is to make a determination of State Elementary School Application Palembang Best Method Using Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and Weighted Product Model (WPM) with Visual Basic.Net, 2015. The results show that this systems able to produce and select best primary school.
