Abstract

Abstract: Information and Communication Technology is now used in every aspect of human life. In the educational use of Information Technology and communication is one of the factors in improving the quality of education. One form of the development of information technology and communication is e-learning. Implementation of e-learning in the learning system can help the learning process is not only in the classroom but also outside the classroom. This study aimed to test the model of acceptance (acceptance) the use of E-Learning system at several universities in the city of Palembang by respondents of 100 respondents using the model of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Tests carried out using statistical calculations with the tools SPPS application. The results of this research to produce evidence empris about the factors that affect the acceptance (acceptance) the use of e-learning system using TAM model and EUCS. In addition the test results t test and F test also can provide evidence of the dominant factors that affect the acceptance of the end user (end user) on the application of e-learning system Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model, End User Computing Satisfaction, e-learning, End User Abstrak: Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi saat ini telah digunakan dalam setiap aspek kehidupan manusia. Dalam pendidikan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi adalah salah satu faktor dalam memperbaiki mutu pendidikan. Salah satu bentuk perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi adalah e-learning. Implementasi e- learning dalam sistem pembelajaran dapat membantu proses belajar mengajar yang tidak hanya di dalam kelas tapi juga di luar kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model penerimaan (acceptance) penggunaan sistem E- Learning di beberapa Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Palembang dengan responden sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPPS. Hasil Penelitian ini menghasilkan bukti empris tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan (acceptance) penggunaan Sistem e- learning menggunakan model TAM dan EUCS. Selain itu hasil pengujian Uji t dan Uji F juga dapat memberikan pembuktian mengenai faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pemakai akhir (end user) terhadap penerapan Sistem e-learning.
