Abstract
Interpersonal relationships for the employees and the company is a motivation that can improve employee performance because of the advance or support the success of the company is the employees themselves. The Company expects employees not only capable, competent, and skilled, but most importantly they are willing to work diligently and desire to achieve maximum work therefore interpersonal relationships for the company and employees is the most important role in the company to improve the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang. Power generation company PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang know how the role of interpersonal relationships in improving employee performance. The method the researchers use a qualitative method by using interview and observation techniques to the employees of PT. PLN. From interviews and observations conducted by researchers, it can be seen that interpersonal relationships are very instrumental in improving employee performance and with that the company can achieve the desired target company. Results of the study investigators concluded that interpersonal relationships are very instrumental in improving employee performance. Keywords: Interpersonal Relations, Performance, and Employee.
