Abstract
Percentage of the servant expenditure against to total local expenditure in District/Municipality Province of South Sumatera from 2011 until 2014 amount 60 %. This case indicate that the most absorption of expenditure allocation in servant expenditure. Based on this data, this research aimed to give empirical edivence about this influences Local Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH), Special Allocation Fund (DAK) the servant expenditure allocation.The reserach method use quantitative method with linear regression analysis. The secondary data is used in this research consist PAD, DAU, DBH, DAK, and servant expenditure. The analysis result show that PAD and DBH have positive influence and significantly against to the servent expenditure in α = 5 % whreas, analysis result of DAU and DAK show that it have no significant influence against to the servant expenditure budgeting.This research conclusion is PAD and DBH give influence against to the servant expenditure to district/municipality area in Province of South Sumatera.
