Abstract

Abstract: Mobile (HP) is a tool used by many people in Indonesia, to communicate and seek information. HP is not only used by teenagers and adults, but also can be used by children. Children who use mobile phones are only used for pleasure, such as playing games, which only can be downloaded at HP. Elementary school students (elementary) class VI is the final level students who will face the National Examination (UN). Subjects of Mathematics is one of the subjects that are not so popular. To anticipate gnats students not only play at HP but also can learn, it will be made application of the measurement is one of the materials on the subjects of Mathematics. Applications created using the Android operating system. System development method used is the Wireless Software Engineering.. Keywords: Handphone, Android, and Wireless Software engineering Abstrak: Handphone (HP) merupakan alat yang digunakan banyak orang di Indonesia untuk berkomunikasi dan mencari informasi. HP tidak hanya digunakan oleh remaja dan dewasa, akan tetapi juga dapat digunakan oleh anak-anak. Anak-anak yang memakai HP hanya digunakan untuk kesenangan semata, misalnya bermain permainan, yang hanya dapat di-download di HP. Siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) kelas VI merupakan siswa tingkat akhir yang akan menghadapi Ujian Nasional (UN). Mata pelajaran matematika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang tidak begitu digemari. Untuk mengantisipasi agas siswa tidak hanya bermain di HP akan tetapi juga bisa belajar, maka akan dibuatkan aplikasi tentang pengukuran yang merupakan salah satu materi pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan sistem operasi Android. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Wireless Software Engineering. Kata Kunci: Handphone, Android, dan Wireless Software Engineering.
