Abstract

Abstract: in the process of implementation of academic activities, required the presence of a speed and accuracy in processing student data. The data processing such as scheduling, among other subjects. Scheduling process, there are still some constraints, namely the difficulty of determining the number of classes will be opened at every turn of the semester, the obstacles created by the imbalance between classes opened premises number of students taking the course. thus determining the number of classes in a course to be imperfect. This can lead to another job becomes blocked, for example, the data processing must add a new class if the class that have been opened are not in accordance with the number of entries a student, that is, if the number of entries a student more than the classes that have been opened. Required an analysis and design a Business Intelligence applications to determine the number of classes of the courses offered by predicting the number of students who will take courses offered by the data of the CPI, the data value and data KRS. data collected in the data mart, then perform the data analysis by forming cubes, fact and dimension that can be used as the basis for determining the number of classes to be opened.
