Abstract
This research aims to find out and analyse the influence of emotional quotient, self-concepts and motivation toward the lecturers’work performance at Bina Darma University Palembang. The object of the study was thirty seven of Bina Darma University, the data was collected by giving questionaire and the data was analyzed by using multiple regression.the data were collected using four questionnaires, that are emotional quotient questionnaire, self-conceptsquestionnaire, motivation questionnaire and lecturers’work performance questionnaire. The data were analized using Pearson’s Priduct Moment correlation technique. The result showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between the influence of emotional quotient, self-concepts, and motivation toward the lecturers’ work performance at bina darma university palembang (r = 0,680;p < 0,05)
