Abstract

Best employees are employees who display behavior that is in line with the vision, mission, goals and values of the company PT. Indofood considers employees who work at his company is a cog very important for the survival of the company. Selection of the best employees periodic intended that employees always drive the spirit in him to continue to improve its performance in the company from year to year. In the process of selecting the best employees managers often find it difficult to choose the best employees in the decision making process must be based on criteria established by the company ranging from discipline, loyalty, absenteeism and performance. To be able to process data more objective assessment that it is necessary to build a decision support system that can determine who is entitled to an award as the best employee. In this study, the calculation process using fuzzy Tsukamoto and development of systems using the Waterfall (Waterfall). Development of a decision support system is expected to determine who is entitled to an award as the best employee. While eliminating manual calculation and will be made in a computerized system.
