Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine simultaneous and partial Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence Auditor Performance Auditor on the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP ) Representative of South Sumatra Province . The data used in this study is the Primary data .Data collection methods used in this study using questionnaires and interviews . The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis . Methods of testing and validation of a questionnaire to reliabilitasi and regression test . From the regression analysis using SPPS 17 Application Program can be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence affect the performance of the auditor's auditor either simultaneously or partially . Intelligence influence emotional and spiritual intelligence auditors simultaneously affect the performance of 40.4 % partially auditors and emotional intelligence by 10 % effect on the performance of the auditor and the auditor influential spiritual intelligence for 38.7 % of the performance of the auditor.
