Abstract
. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the cause of the rise and fall of the number of registrants and marketing services strategy to increase the number of applicants prospective students. Data obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with principals, vice-principals and alumni SMK. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis and approach marketing mix. After analysis and discussion, we can conclude that : 1) cause of the rise and fall of the number of registrants is infrastructure is very poor and sub-optimal learning process, 2) The strategy recommended, among others, are looking for and raise funds from donors for the construction of buildings, make improvements in the learning process, pursuing a strategy of direct and indirect marketing and implement differentiation strategy and marketing mix
