Abstract

The use of telecommunication media is closely related to the use of mobile operators, where the majority of people now who have been using the telephone, utilizing the services of the mobile operator as a medium. Based on data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) until the year 2010 there are 10 mobile phone companies who are ready to compete. Ten companies are Telkom, Telkomsel (As and Sympathy), Indosat (IM3 and Mentari), Exelcomindo, Hutchison (Three), Sinar Mas Telecom (SMART), Bakrie Telecom (Esia), Mobile-8 (Fren), Natrindo Phones (Axist), and Sampoerna Telecommunication (cheerful). In this study, the research object is the operator 3 is selected as the product of PT. Hutchison. Three (3) is a GSM-based operators who have quite a lot of consumers are among young people due to several factors which are owned by incorporating a factor of three with another carrier. This study investigated by distributing questionnaires to Bina Darma University students, in this study SEM was used to analyze the relationship between value, quality, and customer satisfication best score. SEM analysis will be used to determine the best model on the student satisfaction index calculation uses three operators (3). The method will be used in gathering data is judgment sampling method. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the students. To analyze these data with the help of SEM methods used AMOS software.
