Abstract
The research aimed to analyze the influence of independence, objectivity, job experience, and competence on audit quality of InspectorateSouth Sumatera Province. The research population were PNS of Inspectorate South Sumatera Province. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained using questionnaire taken from 46 auditors. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Theresults of research show that simultaneously indenpendensi, obyektivity, work experiences, and competence together influenced the audit quality.In partially work experiences have had a impact and significant on the audit quality. In partiallyobyektivity, and competence not influenced the audit quality. In partiallythe influence of independence on the audit quality is positive but insignificant
