Abstract

: This study aims to determine the strategy adopted by Bina Darma University Faculty of Computer Programs Computerized Accounting in the context of new admissions. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis The results of this study indicate that the chosen strategy to be implemented with the approach - the approach as follows: • Strategic focus means that the selected alternative that is at the same kwardan focus objectives to be achieved, namely the organization’s strengths • a joint strategy or strategy mix or multi-strategy, which means that there are four strategies are carried out simultaneously, namely by choosing one strategy from each quadrat of interrelated or that support the main strategy or focus. Basis for the determination or selection of alternatives is the most effective strategy in achieving established performance goals and the cheaper the cost and the most practical implementation
