Abstract
The aim of the research is to obtain Information System Strategic Planning and information Technology on Secretariat of Regional Parliament House of Prabumulih city, in order to enhance service performance of board members. The Information System can be used as a tool to support business in the Secretariat of Regional Parliament House of Prabumulih city to plan the development of applications that are aligned with the vision, mission and goals of the organization. 3 (Three) research methods are developed in this research, First, interview with related parties in the organization, second, conduct observations of ongoing business processes, and third, using documentation as a source of information. This research is using SI/TI strategic planning methodology versions ward and peppard as basic framework which is supported by analysis methods such as TOWS, Critical Success Factor (CSF) and Mc Farlan Grid. This method of analysis will strengthen the strategic planning process of IS / IT . SI strategy results in the form of portfolio planning application are categorized as follows: The results of SI Strategy are in the form of aplications portfolio categorized as follows : strategic applications, operational applications, supporting applications and high potential applications.
