Abstract
In accordance with the operational audit function, this research aims to provide analysis and recommendations on the findings obtained from the implementation of operational activities on sales functions at Toko XYZ. This research uses primary data that is the result of observation of sales function and the results of interviews that have been conducted with Toko XYZ employee. The result of this research is the implementation of operational audit at Toko XYZ has been running effectively, efficiently and economically. This is evidenced by the checklist results that the number of "Yes" answers is greater than the number of "No”. Overall sales activities have been carried out in accordance with the company's procedures although there are still some things that need to be improved by the company
