Abstract
Due to the increasingly limited land, the decision on the choice of seeds to be planted becomes very important for landowners and usually plantation lands in southern sumatera are planted with food crops. Early growth of seedlings is a critical period that determines the success of plants in achieving good growth, growth and seedling seedlings are largely determined by the seeds are planted. In order for the selection process of good quality seeds that are most suitable for planting in South Sumatra plantation. In this case the authors will build a decision support system of selection of superior seeds using the assessment method of Electre is a comprehensive model of decision-makers by taking into account the things that are qualitative and quantitative. In the decision-making model with Electre is basically trying to cover up all the shortcomings of previous models. Electre also allows to structure a system and environment into interacting components and then unify them by measuring and managing the impact of system error components.
