Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the implementation of occupational safety and health programs affect the productivity of employees working on the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Musi. This research was carried out in Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Musi with a population of Mechanics, Staff Adm Mechanics and Assistant Transportation Manager who totaled 25 people and using saturated sampel. Data collection method in this research is the method of distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression equation Y = 0,642 + 0,825X. Based on t test in this study probability value variable occupational health and safety programs of 0,000 < 0,05 means that HO is rejected, it can be concluded there is a significant influence of implementation of occupational safety and health program on the productivity of employees working on Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Musi.
