Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are medical benefits and work environment affect the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB in this research were 35 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression equation Y = 9.931 + 0.937 X1 + 0.356 X2. The equation can be concluded konstantantanya at 9.931 that medical benefits and work environment can affect the performance of employees amounted to 0.937 and 0.356 that is if the medical benefits and work environment increased 1% will be an increase on the performance karyawaan at 0.937 and 0.356 on condition of assuming that other variables value is fixed , while according to the results of the correlation coefficient showed a value of 0.806 means that the variable medical benefits and work environment has a strong relationship to employee performance. Based on the results of the t test (partial) there is a positive and significant influence between Health Benefits (X1) the Employee Performance (Y) partially namely tcount 2.365> ttabel 1,697.Sedangkan Working Environment (X2) the Employee Performance (Y) with 3.418 thitung > ttabel significant 1,697 with 0.002 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected while the F test (simultaneous) values of F> Ftable is 29.772> 2.512 with significant 0,000 <0.05 then the hypothesis is formulated that Ho is rejected. This shows that there is significant influence between Health Benefits (X1) and the Working Environment (X2) on the Performance (Y) simultaneously at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB. As well as the R-square value of 0.650 means that these two variables have contributed 65.0% of the Employee Performance PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB
