Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of compensation and motivation to karyawan.Teknik performance data collection using primary data and sekunder.Populasi in this study were all employees at PT PGAS.COM PALEMBANG totaling 36 people. The sampling method using the saturated samples in a sample of 36 orang.Analisis set of data using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the compensation variable positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the compensation decreases it will degrade the performance of employees. Then the motivation variable positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. PGAS.COM Palembang and has the highest level of significance due to the compensation that is felt by the employees are more representative, indicating the initial assumption proved true author who considers that the provision of compensation to employees when done properly by the company, it will be able to improve performanceeemployees.
