Abstract
This study aims to determine and explain the effect ofcapital structure andprofitability on stock prices infoodand beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in theperiod2015-2018. This ofresearch is explanatory causality research with a quantitative approach. The population ofthis study is 24food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Erchange in 2015-2108. With the purposive sampling technique, 11 companies werefound that met the criteria ofthe research sample, Data analysis methods in this study are the classical assumption analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, The results ofthe study concluded that DAR, DER, ROA, ROE, and EPS simultaneously had a significant effect on stock prices. Partially ROM, ROE has a positive influence on stock prices, while DAR, DER, has a negative effect on stockprices, AndEPShasadominant influence on stockprices.
