Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of employment on employee morale PT . Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Rubber Balfour . The sampling method by using the formula slovin . Respondents in this study amounted to 55 employees of PT . Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Rubber Balfour . Type of data using primary data collection , and data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis . The analytical method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis . The results showed a significant effect of employment on employee morale . The correlation coefficient of 0.708 . It shows the relationship of the work placement employee morale has a medium level of relationship . and the coefficient of determination of 50.1 % .
