Abstract
The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an era where knowledge and technology develop very quickly resulting in rapid and competitive changes (Yusnaini & Slamet, 2019). The application of artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence) is one of the characteristics of the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 (Tjandrawinata, 2016). Artificial intelligence is something that can make it easier for us as humans to carry out various kinds of activities and jobs. In a sense, the presence of technology with artificial intelligence is useful for improving human resources (HR). Artificial intelligence can help humans to train, hone, and sharpen their abilities. The creation of this scientific article aims to understand how big the influence of artificial intelligence to improve human resources in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. By using qualitative descriptive as the method. The expected results and conclusions are to know about the power of existing artificial intelligence to improve human resources.
