Abstract
- The more advanced tourism activities have created various companies, one of which is the hotel industry which is engaged in services and will require human workers who work with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that have been specifically set in the Front Office Department, namely the night of auditors in preparing audit reports.In this study using observations and interviews with published qualitative data analysis techniques to study Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at Rio City Hotel Palembang and ascertain whether night audits at the Rio City Hotel Palembang are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The results of this study, the night performance of the auditor has done optimally, but there are some things that must be addressed.
