Abstract

SARMUDI (12151083) Guided by GaganGanjar Official and Amirudin M. Syarif. This study aims to know the influence of effective communication to employees performance in PT. Bank Yudha Bhakti. Respondents in this study amounted to 25 employees, the method of data collection using a simple linear regression Correlation Coefficient Test, Test T. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence between effective communication to employees performance partially with Thitung value respectively 2.968 with significant value of 0.003. As for the value of R square (R2) of 0.539, which means that the influence dibeikan contribution by the two variables is equal to 53.9%. The results of this study sought to examine the effect of free variables effective communication with the dependent variable employee performance. based on the results of the correlation between effective communication tehadap employee performance values obtained 0.798 means a strong and positive. The coefficient of determination obtained value R square of 0.539 or 53.9%. Which means that communication has been very effective
