Abstract
The independent variable in this research were women whom have work family conflict and the dependent variable was achievement motivation. This research aimed to know the influence of work family conflict towards achievement motivation to the women lecture at environment Bina Darma University Palembang. The hypothesis on this research was there is influence between work family conflict with achievement motivation. The subject of this research were 35 women lecture’s of Bina Darma University Palembang, that was taken from population by using purposive random sampling technique. This research use two scales, there were women work family conflict scale and achievement motivation scale. The technique analysis data used pearson correlation analysis with SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 17.0 for windows. The result of this analysis showed that there wasn’t influence between women work family conflict with achievement motivation, (r = - 0,122 ; p = 0,485 ; p > 0,001). Therefore the hypothesis in this research wasn’t accepted
