Abstract

Effect of Training and Motivation of the performance of employees of PT. Bangun Cipta Mandiri Palembang results of computer calculations show that the regression coefficients for the variables 0.461 Training, Motivation of .444, and also produces a constant value of 3332 so that the multiple regression equation of this study are as follows: ý = 3.332 + 0,444X2 0,461X1 + + e. The constant of 3.332 then the Employee Performance score remained at 3,332 units. By looking at the magnitude of the regression coefficient that variable training 0.461 or equal to 46.1%. Then lead to a change or an increase in the variable Employee Performance also 46.1% with a significance level of 5%. Work motivation variable regression coefficient of 0.444. This means that it will cause a change or an increase also in the Employee Performance 44.4% with significant pengujianT these variables with a significance level of 5%. That between the variables of Training, Motivation has a significant connection to variable Employee Performance there is a correlation of 0.752 included in the category level very close relationship and the positive and significant correlation.
