Abstract
PT. Daya Semesta Agro Persada is a palm oil factory that produces cooking oil, industrial oil and fuel (biodiesel), which is located in Sidomulyo Village, Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin 1 Regency, South Sumatra Province. Respondents in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Daya Semesta Agro Persada with a total of 138 employees and a sample of 84 employees using the quantitative analysis method using SPSS data processing. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between job insecurity and organizational commitment to employee performance
