Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the negative impact of the conflict between employees on life insurance with BumiPutera 1912 Palembang city. This research is a conflict researct between 3mployees, the aim is to find out whether in a company there are still frequent conflicts or not. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which is the social situation in this study where the office manager and employees are the actors under study, an analysis of the occurrence of conflicts between employees is the activity under study, and the city of Palembang is the place under study. Data collection was carried out. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that thare are two conflicts that often occur between employees, firs poor performance that hinders employee performance so that it seems between one employee and another employee will feel awkward and interfere with communication. So that often the occurrence of miss communication between one employee and another employee with interview, observation and documentation techniques.
