Abstract

Research variables are motivation, job satisfaction and performance. Technical analysis studies is multiple regression analysis. The study said that motivation and job satisfaction either jointly or individually affect the performance of the security personnel Outsourcing PT Pusri Palembang. There is the influence of motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on the performance (Y) Employee Outsourcing Security Part PT Pusri Palembang which showed that the proportion of variation in motivational variables (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) jointly affect performance (Y) employee Outsourcing Security Part PT Pusri Palembang by 22.9% and the remaining 77.1% influenced by other factors outside the model.
