Abstract
The problems that occurred in PT Anugerah Lestari Dolomite is often get complaints from customers in terms of time of distribution that does not match the delivery schedule because distributors do not know where the process has reached the delivery order. This caused a lack of coordination with the distributors as one of the supply chain, where the company is not able to share information and gather information about each distributor. To facilitate the flow of distribution of fertilizers and facilitate the analysis of the distribution process and facilitate decision-making needs to be created a system that can monitor and analyze the distribution of fertilizers by implementing the Electronic Supply Chain Managment (e-SCM) that can be used to manage the flow of information to become more efficient and effective and can create a "strategic partnership" with suppliers, reducing the waiting time for production and sales, improve the relationship between the supplier and the distributor, the production process after the existing order and achieve accurate demand through closer cooperation with suppliers..
