Abstract
This research is motivated by the number of conventional pawnshops that are still very dominant\ than sharia pawnshops. However, although the number of shariah pawnshops outlets is less, but annually there is a significant increase. What causes customers to choose to use shariah pawnshops that are limited outlets than conventional pawnshops are more widely available. This research aims to know the influence factors customer’s decision to use service in Pegadaian Syariah Unit KM 11 Palembang. The research population is all customer of Pegadaian Syariah Unit KM 11 Palembang and take sample as much as 50 respondents. The research uses data primary. The rearch uses non probability technique sampling with accidental sampling method.The data analysis technique uses factor analysis with SPSS 24.Based on the result of analysis show that the influence factors customer’s decision to use service in Pegadaian Syariah Unit KM 11 Palembang is: 1) Price; 2) Location; 3) Service Quality; 4)Profit Sharing; 5) Syariah Aspect
