Abstract

The decision-making process for employment placement of the Personnel Officer of Prabumulih City is currently still done manually in the placement of employees who have the criteria of Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation, Leadership, additional criteria on attitudes and ethics as well as alignment of work and education. Where in the selection is still often there are some candidates Civil Servants who placed not in accordance with the desired. So need to be made an application that is able to determine the right placement for Civil Servants who will be placed. The optimal that can assist the management of the Regional Government Board in making decisions. The making of an application must be carefully created, so it is easy to understand and the results are useful and satisfying for the users. For a strategic evaluation, it is recommended to use a multifactor learning process evaluation approach (MFEP). In decision making with multifactor, decision making is subjective and intuitive considering various factors that have an important influence on the desired alternative choice
