Abstract
SMK YP GAMA is one of the best schools in the city of Palembang. Current SMK YP GAMA not have a website for information dissemination and is still done manually, thus having difficulty in students or prospective students in getting Opera- about SMK YP GAMA. The authors are interested in creating a web site where the site can be used well, then this is what led to the birth of a concept "Design Website Using Responsive Web Design" and to be able to make the website responsive created using CSS3 and HTML5. Responsive Web Design is a technique used to create a web layout adapts to the display device or devices that use web user, both size and orientation in an upright or portrait display and display horizontally or landscape.
