Abstract
The research was aimed to know the correlation between personal adjustment and anxiety in facing the claim of working in the student of nurse practice RS. DR. A. K. Gani Kesdam II Sriwijaya Palembang. Hypothesis which is proposed in this research, will be there correlation between personal adjustment and anxiety in facing the claim of working in the student of nurse practice RS. DR. A. K. Gani Kesdam II Sriwijaya Palembang, where That the higher student personal adjustment would make the lower anxiety in facing the claim of working. the personal adjusment got fine. On the other hand, the lower student personal adjustment would make the higher anxiety in facing the claim of working. The research result shows there is a very significant correlation between personal adjustment and anxiety in facing the claim of working in the student of nurse practice RS. DR. A. K. Gani Kesdam II Sriwijaya Palembang (r = 0,716; p = 0,000 or p < 0,05) it means the hypothesis is a accepted. The contribution was given by factor personal adjustment toward form anxiety in facing the claim of working is 11, 4 %.
