Abstract

System performance goals employees example of web-based applying the method of analytcal hierarcy process by using PHP programming language and Mysql database. The purpose of building this system is to memudahlan in the data processing stages in the method of analytcal hierarcy process begins the process of defining the problems of making the structure of hiearky beginning with the general objective followed by criteria-kritea and alternative options, make the matrix of paired comparisons, synthesizing data, measuring the statutes, determine the matrix of results. The software developed in this application is the PHP programming language and Mysql database to create a system target performance of employees is becoming more accurate. the results of this study showed the application of decision support system used for the selection of the ASN example, the advantages of this system have the proposed report annually to print the data ranking. This system can already perform the calculation by the method of analytcal hierarcy process is fast compared to manual calculation so it is more efficiency and the accuracy of the data is assured.
