Abstract
The fraud is not only happen in Company but also in government sector especially service and agencies. The factor that affect the fraud are, individual morality, information asymmetry, compliance compensation, effectiveness of the internal control. This research aimed to examine influence of the fraud in official communications and informatics (Dishubkominfo) South Sumatra. The kind of the research in quantitative descriptive with the case studies. Criteria respondent used in the study nomely government officials working on the related to the study variabel. Population and sample in this study is apparatus official communications and informatics South Sumatra especially the field with the responden 31 people. This study use sampling technique quota sampling. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents directly concerned. The data were analysis technique used validity test and reliability test, classical test consisting normality test, multicolinearity test, and heteroscetasticity, and the test of hypothesis consisting of multiple regression test, coefficient of determination, T test and F test.
