Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the transfer of funds to the regions to the capital expenditure in the provincial government in Indonesian . This study uses a quantitative approach that is explanatory research . The population in this study were all provincial governments in Indonesia period 2012-2014 as many as 34 Province . The number of samples taken in this study is as much as 54 2012-2014 . The sampling technique in this research is the technique of Non�Probability Sampling with purposive sampling approach . Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression . Results of the analysis showed simultaneous variable DAU , DAK , DBH , DID , BOS and TPG PNSD jointly effect on capital spending , and in partial DAU , DAK and DID effect on capital spending while DBH , BOS , TPG PNSD no effect on capital expenditure.
