Abstract
Reformation in Indonesia resulted in a policy of regional autonomy which brings important changes to regional financial management matters. It also changes the pattern of supervision carried out by the relevant board by giving full freedom to the local government regional financial management. The phenomenon seen is that the community demands the investigators to be proactive in carrying out regional financial supervision to be able to carry out properly. The purpose of this research is to find out whether public accountability, public participation and transparency of public policy are related to regional financial supervision (APBD) by the South Bengkulu DPRD. The object of this study is the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of South Bengkulu Regency. The method of testing hypotheses in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results show that public accountability has a significant effect on regional financial supervision, whereas public participation and public policy transparency have no significant effect on regional financial supervision.
