Abstract
This research is aimed to privide an empirical proof abaout the impact of working capital turnover, asset structure, liquidity, financial of working capital and the firm size toword return on invesment. This research occured at 10 companies ofestate sector companies on indonesia stock exchange, which choosen by purposive sampling tecnique and the analysis method which use in this research is a double regression analysis. The resukt of research proves that : working capital turnover have a significant positive impact toward return on invesment, asset structure not significantly have positive impact toward return on invesment, liquidity have significant positive impact toward return on invesment, financial of working capital not significantly have positive impact toward return on invesment and firm size also not significatly have positive impact toward return on invesment.
