Abstract
Putri Primalika 151510155. "The Effect of Asset Management on the Financial Performance of PT. The Hope of the Tri-Purpose Palembang ". Guided by Mr. Andrian Noviardy, S.E., M.Sc. This research was conducted at PT. Harapan Tri Guna Palembang, which uses quantitative descriptive research methods. This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variable (dependent) on the dependent variable (independent). "By using data sources including interviews and Financial Statements. Financial statements use data analysis using Multiple Regression Analysis which aims to determine between independent variables and dependent variables simultaneously and persially, and the coefficient of determination determines how much the relationship or contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable". Analysis of the data of this study used SPSS 23 program. From the results of the study, it was seen by using the T Test that TATO influenced Financial Performance with a significant value of 0.26 and FATO of 0.002 and WCTO of 0.372. This means that there is a significant influence between the TATO and FATO variables but on the WCTO variable there is no significant effect on the financial performance of PT Harapan Tri Guna Palemabang.
