Abstract

This Research is done at PT. Rizky Karunia Jaya Palembang. This Research aim to to know discipline and ability influence work to employees performance of PT. Rizky Karunia Jaya Palembang. As for research variable used in this research is ability, discipline work and the performance. analysis method used by is doubled regresi. Result of research obtained by that ability by parsial have an effect on signifikan to employees performance, discipline work by parsial have an effect on signifikan to discipline and ability and employees performance work together have an effect on signifikan to employees performance. Later;Then the ability by parsial have relation which are positive and strong to performance. Discipline work also by parsial have relation which are positive and strong to performance. Where if discipline and ability work to mount hence the employees performance also mount
