Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and integrity partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Research through the distribution of questionnaires and supported by secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis .. with data management using SPSS. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sample technique. The number of samples is 17 respondents from the Office of the General Election Commission (KPU) Ogan Ilir Indralaya The results of this study indicate that work discipline and integrity variables partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of Ogan Ilir Indralaya's General Election Commission (KPU) Office staff. Employee performance variables can be explained by the Work Discipline (X1) and Integrity (X2) variables which have a contribution to the Employee Performance variable (Y) of 98.6% and the remaining 1.4% are influ enced by other factors outside the researcher's discussion
