Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of factors affecting the intention of PT KAI employees to do whistleblowing. The factors tested are indicators of the planned theory of behavior. More speciafically the purpose of this study is to test. The effect of attitude on the intention to do whistleblowing, the influence of subjective norm on employee intention to do whistleblowing, the effect of perception of behavioral control on employee whistleblowing intentions, the effect of religuity on employee intention to do whistleblowing. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the financial unit of PT KAI population of 30 units of financial units. The determination samples use a technique sampling census, so the entire population used as a sample. The results showed an attitude, the norm subjective, perceptions control behavior, and religuity influential positive towards the intention do whistleblowing.
