Abstract
The research goal is to find out the relationship of Headmaster’s Leadership, Teacher’s Attitude and Satisfaction. The instrument of data collection is Likert’s scale. To validate, these instrument has been tested. The result’s has been done on significance’s level 0.05 or with level of trust 95% by SPSS. The results are: There is a positive relationship between headmaster’s leadership and Job satisfaction of the teachers. There is a positive relationship between teacher’s attitude and job satisfaction. There are positive relationships among headmaster’s leadership, teacher’s attitude, and job satisfaction. Based on result finding, it is concluded that job satisfaction can increase if performances of headmaster, and teacher’s attitude increased. To improve of Leadership is by way of giving attention, directive, and motivation for teachers. To improve teacher’s attitude by forming salaries and bonuses, career improvement, building excellent relationship among teachers, and building pride of profession.
