Abstract
This studyaimed to explore the relationship between peer group with premarital sexual behavioramong adolescentsin Kelurahan"X" Palembang. The independent variable in this study is thepeer group. Meanwhile, the dependent variableis the premarital sexual behavior. The hypothesisproposedin this study, there’s relationship between peer group with premarital sexual behavior among adolescents in Kelurahan"X" Palembang. Sampling studies usingproportionaterandom samplingtechnique. The data inthis study were drawnusing a scale ofpeer groups andpremarital sexualbehaviorscale. Analysis ofresearchdatais implemented usinga simpleregressionanalysis techniques(simpele regression). Allcalculationsdone usingSPSSversion19.00. The results showedthat there wasa very significantrelationshipbetweenpeer groupwithpremarital sexual behavioramong adolescentsin Kelurahan"X" Palembang(r=0.558, p =0.000orp<0.01). Furthermore, an effectiveamount ofdonationsgivento thepeer groupvariablepremarital sexual behavioramounted to31.1%.
