Abstract

PT London Sumatra (LONSUM) is a company engaged in the management of oil palm plantations and palm fruit management, this company is one of the largest companies in the city of Lahat and has been established for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary for the operator to move the machines in this company. Of course this job has a high risk, such as work fatigue, high physical workload will also cause fatigue, fatigue will decrease performance and increase the level of error. These activities are in desperate need of physical and mental aspects. This study aims to Analyze Physical and Mental Workloads. Physical Workloads are measured based on Cardiovascular Load (CVL). Mental Workload using the NASA-TLX method. Based on cvl analysis results, from 6 operators have a percentage value of CVL >30%, the highest value of CVL percentage is 16.23% indicating that there is no work fatigue experienced by the operator while when viewed from calculations using the NASA-TLX method that 4 people (68,44%) operators have a very high mental workload with the aspect that most affects the amount of mental workload that is the performance aspect of 23,30%. As for the maximum score of Nasa-TLX final score of 90 and the minimum score of NASA TLX is 78.66. The calculated limit value is BKA of 106.14 and BKB of 60.66.
