Abstract

E-learning is the educational system or the concept of using information technology in teaching and learning. Information technology in question is the provision of infrastructure, content or materials to support the learning process of digitally or e-learning. Infrastructure includes hardware and software. While the content, or content should include e-learning objects such as students, lecturers, parents and staff. The advantages of using e-Learning include the teaching and learning process saves time, reduce travel costs, saving the cost of education as a whole (infrastructure, equipment, books), Reaching a wider geographic area, and train more independent learners in getting science , E-learning technology has long been applied in University Bina Darma, use was also very good because it helps the students and faculty, the problem now is the features of E-learning is currently incomplete, and therefore the solution of these problems to develop E-Learning Technology Features Writer figure out what features are needed at this time to deploy Questionnaire.
