Abstract
PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area is a state-owned company engaged in the electricity sector both from starting to operate power plants to transmitting to the public. Working in a stressful situation and field work that requires excellent physical satisfying health services, therefore PT. PLN (Persero) Palembang Area provides health facilities to its employees, one of which is medical restitution. The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is How to Procedure for Refunds Employee Medical Costs and Pension at PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area. The results of this study are PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area has met the requirements of fairly good health services, and procedures for the restitution of medical expenses for employees and retirees at PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area was also carried out and implemented well, but there were still obstacles encountered, so PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area, which takes care of the health restitution field, has an more active role in helping provide information to employees and retirees who wish to submit a refund for medical expenses, making it easier for employees to get the health services provided.
