Abstract
The Bina Darma University website is an online-based interface that is used by the academic community at Bina Darma University to do all of their lectures. Not only the academic community, but also the external community can see the information displayed on Bina Darma University's website. This study aimed to measure the quality of service from Bina Darma University's website using the WebQual method. WebQual is one method or technique of measuring the quality of a website based on the perception of the end user. Independant variables of WebQual are usability, information quality, and service interactions, whereas the dependent variable is the user satisfaction. To examine the relationship between variables of WebQual and user satisfaction, a multiple linear regression analysis was used. This research showed the three independent variables had significant on the dependent variable. The highest order of variables is interaction services, the quality and service interactions.
